One of the most important pieces of fencing equipment is a mask, which differ in design for épée, foil and sabre. Here you will find masks from the top German manufacturer Allstar and 5M training masks with 350N resistance. For all tournaments, both domestic and foreign, it is necessary to use 1600N masks with a safety fastening as approved from 2018.
From 1 September 2019, it is necessary to wear a mask with the new type of fastening at all tournaments organised by the Czech Fencing Union. If you still have an old Allstar mask, we can upgrade it accordingly.
All new Allstar 1600N masks feature the new fastening, so you don't have to worry about anything.
Allstar masks can be printed with the national colours of the Czech Republic for an additional fee - Here you can see what it looks like. If you are interested, it is necessary to select the type of mask and add the print to the basket so that we can arrange the printing directly at the manufacturer in Germany. Masks marked as Comfort Plus feature a removable insert that can be replaced or washed. For fencers who place greater demands on hygiene requirements for their facial skin, we recommend this version of Allstar masks.
