The 5M brand was founded in 1991 by longtime fencing representative Jiří Beran Sr., and is currently led by his son Jiří Beran Jr., a Czech fencer, multiple-time Czech champion, and the most successful Czech épée fencer in recent years. Among his greatest achievements are participation in the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, a bronze medal at the 2019 European Championships, and victory at the 2007 World Cup in Buenos Aires, among many others. Since the brand's inception in the fencing market, we have always strived to combine functionality, design, practicality, and price with our professional, many years of experience on fencing pistes around the world. Many 5M products are manufactured in the Czech Republic or the European Union and we mostly package our products in environmentally friendly recyclable packaging.
